Great experience with Shurgard. Daniela was especially helpful — I had quite a few questions before moving in, and she responded very promptly every time. Her support made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
The move-in was very convenient as well — everything could be done on the phone without needing to visit the office, which saved a lot of time.

I wanted to say this company is absolutely amazing! Their customer service is excellent, never ever I received such good service, friendly professional staff and, every single time I call or visit the storage they are helpful, all of them are stars. Place is clean and well organised, good price and locations. Thank you to Claire this morning for helping me confirm my changes and move to a different bigger unit. Customer service has been very good. Darren Dixon and Dean both incredibly helpful. Location is central. Make sure you download the app before arriving to location as entrance is controlled via app.
