Excellent experience at Shurgard Self Storage Neasden. The facility was clean, secure, and really easy to access. The whole process was smooth from start to finish and the staff were very professional and helpful throughout.

A special shout out to Kev for his amazing customer service — genuinely went above and beyond to help me, answered all my questions, and made everything stress-free. It’s rare to come across customer service like that these days. Highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for reliable storage in the area!
