The storage is so convenient to use with digitised access, long access hours and generous parking area. But where human intervention is needed - the team onsite is super friendly and helpful - my request to change storage unit to a bigger one was sorted out in minutes!

Great experience at this branch thanks to Anthony. I was downsizing to a smaller unit and he walked me through the available options patiently, explained the differences clearly, and made the whole process completely hassle-free. I have been with Shurgard for a year now and it’s been an absolute breeze. I needed storage after needing to relocate and arrived at Wandsworth where I met Caroline, I didn’t have an appointment, was desperate and thought, I could sign up at Wandsworth on a Sunday…
Back at the Putney Branch, Caroline took me through the process of arranging a unit and the administration. Without Caroline’s initial support, I don’t think, my items would be as safely secured, as they are now. She was so calm, professional and courteous.
Following on a year later both Anthony and Caroline again have come to my rescue arranging another unit at a better price and more storage. If you’re looking for reasonable rates, secure storage and courteous, professional associates, and you’re in the SW Postcode, do consider looking at Shurguard for your storage needs.

I popped in to enquire about a storage unit and Anthony was really friendly and so helpful! He explained all my different options, as well as giving me a tour of the particular rooms I was interested in renting. He also got me the best deal of any storage unit I had looked into renting. Anthony was very kind and helpful in explaining everything that I needed to know about how this self storage works, with prices, and different sizes of units, and all details. The storage units were clean and the site is secure and easy to access by your own car as well. They also offer 1 month rent for only 1 pound now which is great!
