Shurgard Romford is a very secure place to store your stuff. I had a great experience with everyone at the place, especially "Scott" who was very helpful, professional and a great guide for a first-time user like me.
The place looks very clean and secure. You use Shurgard's mobile application for entry from the main gate, to the elevator to your storage unit. Instructions given were very clear and simple.
You can access from 7am-9pm. I have paid £1 for the first month + £18 insurance + £14 for the key = £33.

I would highly recommend Shurgard Romford if you are looking for storage. They Shurgard has various units, clean, comfortable, easy access, great rates and secure.

I am in the middle of moving out of my current home and I needed a storage unit to place some of my items in the meantime.
Although I had contact with many companies, I decided to go with Shurgard.
On my move in day, I was met by Scott over at the Romford branch who helped me out a lot.
He talked me through the set up of my account on the Shurgard app.
He had also offered to take me to my storage unit which I accepted and helped me identify main points such as exits, lifts etc.
Having Scott guide me really put me at ease as someone who had never rented a storage unit prior to this.
I would highly recommend anyone who is seeking a safe, well maintained storage facility to use Shurgard.

My daughter and I came here Yesterday 8.11.23 as we had to do an emergency move and needed a lock up storage unit fast and Scott was on front desk on his own.
His Customer Service was Excellent, Very Polite and extremely helpful.

Is good place for keep your belongings, and you have code to come if office not open. Opening time in weekend short, Sunday 10am between 3pm only, but with code, you can coming. Today I was surprise, because code box was covered. I 'm lucky I've QR reader on my phone, I called a Self Storage number, I got help quickly, how I can using QR code and gate and door opened.
