Booking was Fairly straight forward online, surprisingly clean facilities for storage units and friendly helpful chap in the office. So far so good can’t fault the place at all.

George was such a great help yesterday. He found me a unit cheaper than the one I booked online and made the whole stressful process of moving out that little bit easier!

Good overall process and clean and organised storage facilities. I booked online but did phone up customer phone line to clarify some points. The person I spoke to was helpful
and answered my questions clearly. Mandy at branch was very helpful throughout process, showing me round the facilities and explaining well where storage unit was and how locks worked and gave details of accessing storage and times etc. Mandy also answered clearly to any questions I had. All staff at facility were helpful. Thank you

Excellent service! Mr George Murphy was extremely helpful, professional, and explained everything clearly. He made the whole process quick and easy. A real credit to the company and definitely deserves recognition from management. Highly recommended!

I have been with Shurguard for quite some time and came in querying the currently monthly rate as it was quite high in comparison. Arlund was great. With the approval of management, he was able to bring down the cost of what i was paying. Really grateful for the quick response and service . He listened to my issue and was able to resolve within a few hours.
