When I visited Southwark Shurgard Lewis was extremely helpful, I needed boxes in a rush and he made sure to show me how to assemble them and also had a refreshing conversation.

Im really grateful with the help I had from Shurgard, I had to move all my stuff in an emergency and I was panicking because time wasn't on my side and a guy named Lewis went out of his way to make sure i was happy and he was patient, so polite and very reassuring.

Damon was very helpful. Unfortunately a 10 sq foot locker I wanted had been booked 10 minutes before I arrived, and a lady who was set to move hers out hadn't. The 15sq foot space is double the price for some reason (£91pm), but the same as the 20sq ft. If 10 sq ft becomes available or the 15sq ft drops in price I'll be back.

Damon helped me from day one (when I was very stressed and moving everything!).
Couldn’t have been more helpful.
He gave me all the information and answered all my (sometimes stupid) questions with respect and ease.

Be warned when you book to check if your storage has stairs, Damon helped me know this for when I book next time.

After a couple of years of great prices and a seamless experience, I went down today to take inventory and some measurements as I'm closing my storage space. Damon and Rihanna at reception were absolute legends. I was a little frazzled, but they were so patient, helpful and very friendly. Moving is a nightmare in general but they've made my day with their sunny attitude.
