I recently hired a store for a few items that were cluttering up the home. The unit was dry and clean and easy to access. However I had some trouble with the app and codes to access the unit. Lewis at the Southwark branch was so helpful. He explained how it all worked, sorted out my access code and got the app set u, all with a smile and easy manner. I know someone else who also used this store and they had mentioned how Lewis had been really helpful to them as well. Lewis is a valuable employee whose friendly manner and helpful nature promotes the business and spreads good feedback for the Southwark store. Thanks Lewis.

Lewis was incredibly helpful today and assisted me with my storage transfer. He went above and beyond to fix my problem, and had a solution in no time at all, making the relevant phone calls and looking up all the different options for me. He made something which was super stressful for me seamless, and he very quickly resolved my query. Thanks again Lewis :)
