Ashley gave me incredible service at Shurguard. Hewas very clear and helpful, so I would highly recommend him from a customer service perspective. I am also impressed with the facility—they have convenient hours for when you can bring items into your storage unit (6am-11pm!) and I have found the phone app which unlocks all the doors to be seamless.

From my initial enquiry to seeing & taking the unit, every single member of staff I dealt with was courteous, friendly, professional & helpful. Farid at Southwark branch is the only person whose name I recall but I must have spoken to 10 people & they all went out of their way to help me. I cannot fault the service I received & when they found me such a reasonably priced unit I felt no need to go elsewhere. Would highly recommend!

My favourite self storage by far!!, and I have used several. The new chap there (Ashley) is a gem! I was undecided after reserving if the room was the right size, and he happily showed me other size units so I could make the right decision.
