I wanted to leave a review to give a massive shoutout to Chris and the rest of the team here. They are an absolute credit to the company! The lift in the building was out of action for over six weeks, which made moving stuff in and out a massive headache. Honestly, if it weren’t for Chris being so incredibly helpful, professional, and great to deal with during that time, I would have packed up my things and parted ways with the company altogether. Chris and the staff deserve 5 stars for how they look after their customers. Thanks for keeping me around!

Chris at Surbiton was excellent! I lost the key to my locker when my car was stolen and Chris sorted me out as soon as we let him know by replacing the lock. I was also interested in upgrading my locker to a larger one and he spent lots of time with me going through the options and prices. I’d really recommend Surbiton surguard for storage.

Moving is always a stressful process, and when storage is also required it adds to the stress.
Luckily I came across Shurgard Storage and in Surbiton. The manager Chris was very communicative and informative when I hadn’t booked my unit correctly. He put my mind at ease.
The professionalism didn’t end there, onsite was a friendly and welcoming individual called Khaya who went above and beyond to ensure my stress levels were virtually non existent when I left.
So thank you gentleman and enjoy the rest of this fine weather.
