Both Brandon and Adil were very helpful. It’s been a stressful time for me and my wife as we’ve had to be back and forth from storage which can be draining but everything time we have dealt with them they have been extremely helpful and easy to talk to both on the phone and in person would defo recommend the Tottenham branch because of them.

The best customer service,
As Shurgard they need to do something about the trolleys, like control system so every user to return the trolley back to the bay, it was so frustrated to wait someone to finish.

Great location and very well maintained! Easy access to storage rooms.
Only con is early closure, but it feels very safe due to that.

Mena is absolutely fantastic, very helpful, friendly, service knowledge and competent. A asset to the organisation, I would definitely recommend going to the Tottenham branch just to have the peace of mind that she complements the service with.
I found Dean to also be very supportive in her absence.
