I used Shurgard and I have been impressed!! Due to circumstances, I’ve moved nine times as an adult and I’ve used other storage companies. What I loved about Shurgard Wandsworth was the efficiency with the use of the app. Staff have been great!! from the beginning, including when I have had a problem with the app. Amongst many great staff members I have been helped by, two colleagues I’ll like to highlight are Caroline and Anthony, I valued their listening ear and help with all my storage needs ( I stored my dad’s dresser amongst other things as a keepsake as he died when I was only seven years old, this has been very precious to store as I temporarily moved to smaller accommodation. I am extremely!!!! grateful for this ). Once I used the loo in Shurgard and it was absolutely spotless and it looked like it had been newly refurbished. I gave feedback to Anthony and he said he makes sure it’s very clean. All the very best to Shurgard staff team and customers. A happy and grateful customer.

I had an excellent experience with Shurgard when I needed to downsize my unit last weekend. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. I have rented a unit in the Wandsworth location for a year now, and the facilities are clean, secure, and very well maintained, which gave me real peace of mind about storing my belongings there.
What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service from Caroline, who was incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly over the phone, answered all my questions, and made sure I found the right storage option for my needs.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shurgard to anyone looking for reliable storage, and Caroline is a real credit to the team.

Amazing! Had to store a lot of items in here as I am moving out of my house. Managed to utilise the £1 for the first month deal so it ended up being so cheap. How great is that? Especially since moving out is never cheap. Will totally use them again in the future and would recommend them over other communities.
