I am looking at renting some storage space and called in as I was passing.
Rachel was very helpful and knowledgeable and went through the options to see what best suited my needs.

I have two units at Shurgard in Kettering,and I'm very happy with the service they offer.
The whole building is clean and bright,the lighting is very good,so no matter what time of day you go,you can see what you're doing.
It also inspires confidence safety wise,as you have to have a code to gain entry to the building,and then you only have the code for the floor/floors where your units are,so anyone else who's there will be either a fellow customer,or a member of staff.
However,just as important,is the customer service-the people who work there are amazing,they're friendly,professional and knowledgeable,and nothing is too much trouble,even when I lost my keys to one unit and the Manager had to then remove it,which took quite some time(those padlocks are good!)
So overall I'm really happy with Shurgard Kettering and would thoroughly recommend them.Thank you!

Great service by Rachel. Great place, warm and cosy for your items, it’s not a cold unit at all. Clear and tidy. Cheap £1 for your first month… can’t go wrong. Proper secured and all phone app controlled so no random can access the location without the phone. Great price on boxes and accessories for packing

I have hired a unit at this location, as it was closer to home and was the best price by far. The service when booking was good and the site is relatively new and very clean, unlike a lot of units. I obtained my own insurance and on arrival Wendy helped take this off the bill, she was friendly and also explained how to access the site, plus everything else I needed to know. I would certainly recommend this company.
