Edward and Karen at Shurgard Reading were absolutely fantastic in helping and facilitating our booking at Shurgard with arranging the unit swiftly, alongside going above and beyond to help us. They made us highly recommend Shurgard - and having had a bad experience with the Wokingham branch, it is an incredible breath of fresh air to have people who go the extra mile in facilitating our needs! If it was not for them, I would have taken my business elsewhere - thank you both!

I had to come here last minute due to a moving company bailing on me last minute hence there was so much I was unsure of but Claire at the desk was super friendly and helpful even when I had some booking errors on my end. For the price with the current promotion it’s amazing. Super friendly staff and good prices

Really happy with this storage facility. It’s always clean, tidy and well organised, which makes things easy. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the instructions for accessing and using the units are clear and simple to follow. Absolute TOPclass service from Edward. He was incredibly helpful and patient with all my questions, and went above and beyond to assist with my reservation.
The facilities are clean, well maintained, straightforward access, with convenient long access hours. There are also plenty of trolleys available, which made life easier.
Would highly recommend.

I called Shurgard because I couldn't open the shutter to my unit.
After speaking to him on the phone about the problem, he was along within minutes and managed to get the door open and discover the problem. He said he would speak to the maintenance team and get them to contact me to come and fix it. I am still waiting for that.
