Great customer service. Karen and one of her colleagues helped me today - similar to another review below, I had to get in touch with them after losing my partner, who had always dealt with our storage unit, and they were efficient, understanding and sensitive to my circumstances - thanks for helping me get it all sorted out.

Good storage unit just outside of town centre. Claire looked after us really well, showing us around and was extremely hospitable and polite. Her positive energy is very puts you at ease especially when moving stuff and all that packing. Thanks Claire!

It’s quite convenient as it is not far from town. And the safety system are quite strict, every door need to be unlocked. Overall shurgard is a good choice if you’re looking for storage space.

I had a unit here 7 years. A few issues with the lift being repaired which was a bit annoying but the unit was secure and basically no real problems.

Perfect place for storage. There’s a variety of sqft options to choose from to suit your needs. The Shurgard team made signing up very quick and easy and I was able to get my stuff stored on the day of signing up. Access hours to the storage are also very convenient 7am-9pm. Staff were very attentive with any questions and help that I needed. Karen in particular helped me with a misunderstanding on my part and my problem was sorted promptly. Definitely will be using this again next summer as it’s perfect to students - very close to UOR.

I rented a large drive alongside unit at Caversham. This is now unmanned so you have to go via Store'nLok on the A33 Relief road. Staff there were very friendly and helpful. The new enter/exit app. is a big improvement on the old entry system. Also when I discovered to my horror that I had inadvertently left my key when I vacated the unit, Jordan the manager sorted it out to my great relief. Thanks Shurgard for a great service.

I was served by Mani who was very friendly and very helpful regarding how everything worked. He also asked me if I had any questions at the end which I liked, although as he had explained everything so well I didn't actually have any questions. The facility itself is great, and just what I needed during my house move. Would definitely recommend.

What a treasure Reading Shurguard has in Nommy. He has always been very friendly and helpful but today he was a huge help when I lost the key to my unit. I was very happy with my storage unit here and will come back next time I have stuff to store.
