Josh went above and beyond to help me. Even though the store had already closed at 6pm, he stayed behind and helped me put all of my belongings into my storage unit. He was incredibly kind, patient and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. His help took so much stress off my shoulders, and I honestly can’t thank him enough. Customer service like this is rare, and Josh is a real credit to Shurgard. Thank you again for your kindness and for going the extra mile! This little bit of extra kindness saved me so much stress thank you again Josh
