Moving into my new unit today and I got greeted by Dan in the Ashford branch. Honestly top man hes very friendly, very welcoming and most of all very helpful he tells you all you need to know and understands the importance of safe and reliable storage, cannot fault this man at all if there's someone that's guaranteed to make your day and provide all the help you need it's him

It was a real pleasure in speaking with Keiran who emphasised completely by the recent high increase in my Shurgard unit in London (Chalk Farm). I said it seemed too high but that I was willing to compromise without having to acquire a smaller unit. I've been a long term customer with Shurgard and have no regrets, the service is always good and staff like Keiran are exemplary. I was so impressed by his handling of my query. ☺️👍💯

I had such a positive experience at Shurgard City Airport thanks to Ryan. I was having several technical issues while trying to sort out my storage unit contract, and to make matters worse, it was right before closing time.
Although the system problems were completely out of his control, Ryan kept apologising for the inconvenience and was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process. He never made me feel rushed and even promised he wouldn’t leave until everything was fully sorted. That level of dedication and care is incredibly rare.
Ryan went above and beyond to make what could have been a very stressful experience feel easy. His professionalism, empathy and genuine commitment to helping customers really stood out :”) I definitely picked the right location for storage!

I recommend the storage to any individual in need of it. Great reception by all staff I met so far. With a great first month promo. I'll only asked that subsequent monthly charges are reduced a bit so both can correlate.

I have had the best storage experience here at Chiswick. It’s a new self storage very clean and all the facilities are clean. Their staff are very friendly and very nice I dealt with both Mani and Shams I had the best customer service experience from both of them. Thank you very much guys

Excellent customer service today. Was looking to transfer from my Gillingham storage to Basildon. The member of staff at Basildon was amazing, (sorry I forgot to take her name). She understood what I was looking for and dealt with the transfer in a smooth and easy transaction.
