Really impressed! The units are great. Very clean and secure and the space is easy to navigate. Customer service was 10/10 We were showed around by Wendy, she was a lovely host!

Everyone at Shurgard Kensington has been so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Raeford, Ray and Michelle who have gone above and beyond, greeting us by name and even helping us sort the access app out as they were closing one day!
The premises is clean and well lit, easy to navigate inside and very easy to park inside. The van entrance is large and easily accommodated the luton van we hired. Being right next to the tube station makes it easy to get to without the car as well! It feels very secure and I would definitely use it again and recommend to anyone.

Called phone number off web initially which was very confusing,but booked a viewing at Wednesfield,where we were greeted by Amy who was expecting us,and greeted us by name,which was refreshing.Amy then proceeded to show us a 100 and 75 sq yd,storage units,advised us of how flexible we could trade up or down if required, covered insurance and summary of term's and conditions in a precise easy to understand manner, actually sealing the deal after impressing us with her helpful professional manner,we are confident of the services we purchased, thank you so much Amy👍👍👍💯

I had not used storage facilities before, so was unsure what to expect. When I saw the storage unit I had booked, it was far too small for the items I had. I was shown alternative units and advised how best to pack the items to make best use of the space.

My overall experience was a positive one.
