We visited the Kensington branch of Shurgard today to look for storage units. Rohan was helpful, approachable, friendly and professional; he took the time to show us different storage units and answer all of our questions. He is an asset to the team.

I had to come here last minute due to a moving company bailing on me last minute hence there was so much I was unsure of but Claire at the desk was super friendly and helpful even when I had some booking errors on my end. Booking was Fairly straight forward online, surprisingly clean facilities for storage units and friendly helpful chap in the office. So far so good can’t fault the place at all.
