Found the whole process very straight forward and convenient. Booked and paid for a unit a few hours before intended use, being online and on the app meant I didn't need to rush before the office closed. Easy to find and access. I had a technical issue at the beginning but this was revolved within minutes 😊

The customer service is top tier, and that’s all thanks to Shan and Keval. The storage space is spacious and it’s secured. If you want to think of storing your belongings, definitely go to gypsy corner and ask for them both!

Had a unit here for two months. Everything about it was so easy, and smooth. Nice, clean units. Only encountered it once when there was a lot of mess in the foyer but this was at the weekend and more a reflection some of the other people who had used it and left litter and mess everywhere out of office hours. Staff contact always friendly and helpful. Thank you!
