The unit is as clean as a whistle. All the staff, Rob served me, were fantastic; friendly, pleasant, helpfull all the time. I made many visits every day for a week or more. I couldn't recommend Shurgard storage more highly. I have come away with a sense of peace knowing my "stuff" is safe & dry. Thank you x

Went in Friday, got shown various size units on Friday. Robert, explained the rates & T. C's in a very professional manner. Sunday, I moved all items into the unit on Cardiff, Penarth Rd. The Team@Shurguard very professional & helpful. Unlike the Big Yellow storage, who did not come back to me... or email me as promised. Even better though, the Shurguard rates for the units.

Decided to use Shurgard after a show round from Robert who was really informative. When I came in, Robert was also the one to show me to my rented unit and made the process easy. The process of hire was really simple so would recommend Shurguard

We left Safestore in Newport Road Cardiff and came here to store a few extra house bits. Rob and Sarah at Shurguard were consummate professionals and so polite and easy to deal with, much better experience than Safestore. Highly recommend to go with these guys. Super easy to get to and very friendly staff.

Bryony and Mackenzie were both so helpful when setting up the unit. They helped to calculate what size unit I needed and also pointed me in the direction of cheap storage boxes in store. Both very professional, friendly and helpful.

Mackenzie was amazing, so friendly helpful and professional! Advised me on what was suitable for my needs at a great price, even set me up for my move with some super cheap boxes! It was really close to closing time but I didn't feel rushed at all, the only improvement that I would suggest is for him to brush up on his Welsh! ;)

Both were so knowledgeable, enthusiastic and helpful. 5* Service, premises were spotlessly clean, from the actual storage units, the communal areas and the toilets. I had a bit of trouble with the online system when booking my unit and was a little worried before I arrived, but Rob and Sarah couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Everything was explained to me really clearly, there were absolutely no problems and I've come away with a big weight off my mind. Thank you!
