Popped into shurgard Cardiff to enquire about a storage unit. I met Robert,who showed me around the site and explained everything to me and showed me the different size units. I went home and decided to rent a unit,a bit bigger than I thought I would need,and signed up online(saving £20 admin fee) and entered the commencing date. On the agreed date I visited the site and met Robert again,I provided proof of I.D.,Rob checked all my online details and then showed me to my storage unit and explained again the procedure for entering and exiting the site. There is a lift and trolleys to make things easy for you. I emptied the car and using the trolleys and lift put my belongings in the unit. Sounds long winded but the whole process took me 15 mins. A great service from Robert who was very helpful,the storage unit was clean and hopefully big enough for my needs, so really pleased.
