Found the whole process very straight forward and convenient. Booked and paid for a unit a few hours before intended use, being online and on the app meant I didn't need to rush before the office closed. Easy to find and access. I had a technical issue at the beginning but this was revolved within minutes 😊

Very helpful and efficient staff. Unit was clean and available at the agreed hire time. Ability to access unit until 9pm without additional charges or pre-arrangement was excellent to fit around working hours.

Easy pre-qualification, clear instructions and up-front payment. On arrival, the front desk showed me to my locker and explained the situation regarding the (goods only) lifts. A quick, easy and straightforward process. After all, renting space should never be difficult and this was simplicity itself.

Did loads of research and decided this was the best storage to go for. Rob spent loads of time with me at my first visit explaining how everything worked, and when I came back to book it was seemless.
Edit- I now have my unit and moving in was easy. Sarah rang to make sure everything was ok, and to make sure I knew how to manage my account via the app. She was really helpful.
