Very helpful was chris from epsom branch. Helped us out a lot went beyond what was expected. Knows his job well. Like the fact he also asked about my dad who is 88.

Moved in to my unit today and a nice lady called Sophie was every helpful over the phone and explained the app to me.

Chris assisted me on a phone call regarding a booking for unit an another location that i was unable to get by the closing time to pay for my first month. He was incredibly helpful and understanding.
The reason for the call…I had to pay my first month in person at the location before they closed at 17:30. The 35 degree heat and cancelled trains meant I couldn’t get there in time. Chris explained everything.that I needed to know.
An Online payment was not an option as after agreeing to the contract you get the link to make payment. After Clicking the link I received a warning the site was not using https therefore not secure. The warning appeared using both my mobile and a laptop. The company really needs to sort that asap.

Clean and efficient facilities. Moving house is an experience which can be stressful, and Chris’ attitude and service made sure that the storage part was as smooth as possible and took away some of the stress. He provided excellent advice on the unit options. I have no hesitation in recommending Shurgard.

Chris at Epsom was amazing today. I’m looking to move my storage locker to a different location and increase the size and he spent loads of time with me talking through sizes and prices. He’s got great customer service and really made sure I understood all the options. TBH I wouldn’t consider using a different storage company now as Chris has been the best

I have to say the best thing about the Epsom branch of Shurgard is Chris. He’s incredible. Uber professional whilst at the same time being approachable and friendly, nothing is ever too much trouble. He makes helpful suggestions regarding different options to best suit your needs.
I’ve had multiple units at Epsom over the years and a big part of the reason I stay at that location and with Shurgard is because of Chris and how helpful he is. He really works hard. The service he provides is second to none. Give this man a raise!!!

Recently looked into storage options and came across Shurgard Epsom. Had a few issues with unit size and not realizing they were automated which we weren’t told on the phone when booking. We were also told we needed to go to Surbiton branch to sign contracts which we were unable to do. Chris from Surbiton branch came to Epsom and sorted everything from showing us around various unit sizes to choose the correct one for our needs, to ensuring the payments were sorted and checking in on us a week later. Shurgard you need to give Chris a raise, he is the most helpful, friendly employee and an asset to your business.

Great service from the guys, Epsom doesn’t have an office so had to go to the Surbiton one which isn’t bad, everything was signed and sorted within 5 minutes and when it came to leaving everything was just as efficient. Had to extend my leaving date 6 days past my invoice due date but I spoke to the guys in Surbiton and they sorted it all so I only paid for those 6 days. Could not recommend them enough! Thanks guys

Shurgard Epsom is a very secure place to store your stuff. I had a great experience with Chris who was very helpful, professional and a great guide for a first-time user like me.
The place looks very clean and secure. You use Shurgard's mobile application for entry from the main gate, to the elevator (if you’re not on the ground floor like me)to your storage unit. Instructions given were very clear and simple.

Paul was very friendly and helpful - and patient when we had lengthy trouble signing up for the lock app on the mobile phone (it forces a password symbol but doesn't like "£" and doesn't say so when rejecting the password 😉). Paul showed us the default storage unit we had reserved before we proceeded with the rental and found us an alternative unit with more light to help us organise our contents during storage. Had a really good experience at Shurgard in Epsom. The staff were super efficient and attentive and very kind and considerate. They went through the paperwork quickly, it was reasonably priced and it all went like clockwork on the day. Would really recommend as they also have increased security so I feel confident about the security at the storage facility.
