My storage unit is at the Shurgard Neasden branch but I was put through to Catherine as the branch office is now closed on weekends due to revised opening hours. I usually visit during the week but when I arrived on site on a Saturday I realised I hadn’t set up the app on my phone. Catherine was incredibly helpful and patiently guided me through the setup process. Her service was clear, friendly, and professional, making the whole process easy and stress free. Thank you Catherine for your excellent customer service!

Opened up a larger unit today transferring my belongings from a smaller unit.
Kayla and Macks on reception were absolutely brilliant, made the whole process hassle free and created a very friendly environment.
I was here a month ago hiring the smaller unit and the reception and help from both of them was top tier.

I’ve tried other storage units local to the area but I prefer Shurgard Forest Hill; the prices, access and facilities are all very good.

We had a great experience using Shurgard for our storage needs. The facility is clean, secure, and well maintained, so we felt confident leaving our belongings there. The staff (if im not wrong her name is Kayla/Kaoa) were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and very informative. They took the time to explain everything clearly and helped us choose the best storage option for our needs. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

I cannot speak highly enough of Kayla at the Forest Hill Shurgard. Throughout our time using this storage facility, and especially over the past few months, and getting our bigger unit recently, she has delivered truly exquisite customer service. Kayla is incredibly knowledgeable, highly competent, and consistently goes out of her way to be genuinely helpful.
To be perfectly honest, every pound we spend on our unit feels worth it simply because of the standard of care and professionalism she provides. Shurgard is extremely lucky to have an employee with her level of skill, and I sincerely hope the company realizes what a massive asset she is to their business. Professionals like her are rare and should be highly valued. Thank you, Kayla, for making everything so seamless for us!

She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and consistently supportive with anything related to my two units, which I’ve had since 2019 and 2024. The unit is clean, and easy to access. The young lady who helped with booking the unit also helped to set up the App on my phone. She was polite and very helpful. I know my property is safe and clean, which putes one's mind at ease.
