He was incredibly friendly and took the time to build rapport and find out my storage needs to best advise on the best suited option /plan for my needs . I have had my unit for a few days now. Having deactivated my Bluetooth and reactivated it, the App is now easy to use! I don't have a posh phone....
The system feels very secure. I've just met one member of staff so far, he was helpful and friendly.
It's safe and easy to get in, get out, and always find a trolley or two available so far. My unit is clean,not hot, not cold, not damp. Better than my shop unit that I have been emptying.
I hope that this will be the perfect solution for my business that's in the process of going online only.....

I had Nic help me rent my storage unit. She was so friendly, helpful and informative. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get a bigger unit and she checked to see what options were available for me and also found me the best deal that would help cut my cost down. Would definitely recommend the storage unit my parents have also been using it for 4 years and they’ve never had any problems. It’s also very easy to down size or up size.
