Georgia was very polite and helpful which made the process of booking a unit very smooth and stress free. This said the payment link I was sent would not open but as the storage facility is nearby I will call in and pay onsite.

Daniel , greeted me at the desk and assisted me throughout the viewing of the storage units . He was incredibly friendly and took the time to build rapport and find out my storage needs to best advise on the best suited option /plan for my needs . I have had my unit for a few days now. Having deactivated my Bluetooth and reactivated it, the App is now easy to use! I don't have a posh phone....

The system feels very secure. I've just met one member of staff so far, he was helpful and friendly.

It's safe and easy to get in, get out, and always find a trolley or two available so far. My unit is clean,not hot, not cold, not damp. Better than my shop unit that I have been emptying.

I hope that this will be the perfect solution for my business that's in the process of going online only.....

I have been using Shurgard self storage, Norbury for over two years. The level of professionalism from Sue and Daniel, in particular, is fantastic! In short, no problem is insurmountable, they are solution focused, professional, communicative, knowledgeable and, to my mind, a credit to the organisation.
I will continue to recommend Shurgard Norbury as the number one storage facility of choice.
