This is the first time I have used a storage unit.
The variety of boxes was helpful, both medium and small which met my needs.
Also the service was great and the whole vicinity was extremely clean.

I've been using Shurguard for a couple of years now and finally filled up my small unit, so I needed to upgrade. Georgia helped get me squared away. Unfortunately, we discovered that the larger unit I was meant to take had not been left in good condition. Georgia offered to clean it up straight away or reassign me to another unit. It was a fair bit of admin faff for her, but I was very grateful for how responsive she was. There was no debating about whether or not the unit was in good nick, only a quick swap to an even better space. Great experience.
