Being a storage newbie, I was abit nervous on how things all worked. I shouldn’t have worried because Sue completely took all my worries away. Sue explained everything in full and made sure I understood what I was doing. She was kind and listened to my needs! Would not hesitate recommending her and the Norbury branch . Thanks so much 🙂

Took advantage of the promotion for this month and it was well worth it! (Only inconvenience was the easy-to-miss ‘obstructions’ or less space for the storages t&c’s that come with the discount- would’ve taken at least a star off, but your receptionist really deserves all 5 stars). Sue at Shurgard Norbury was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. She made the whole experience easy and pleasant, answering all my questions with patience and care. She is a real asset to the Shurgard team. Thank you, Sue!

I recommend the storage to any individual in need of it. Great reception by all staff I met so far. With a great first month promo. I'll only asked that subsequent monthly charges are reduced a bit so both can correlate.

I've been using Shurguard for a couple of years now and finally filled up my small unit, so I needed to upgrade. Georgia helped get me squared away. Unfortunately, we discovered that the larger unit I was meant to take had not been left in good condition. Georgia offered to clean it up straight away or reassign me to another unit. It was a fair bit of admin faff for her, but I was very grateful for how responsive she was. There was no debating about whether or not the unit was in good nick, only a quick swap to an even better space. Great experience.
