Sue was fantastic on helping me get the right unit and went above and beyond on helping us around with knowing where we needed to go and how we worked the app. She made my experience a really lovely and enjoyable one in which she definitely needs a raise and extra holiday pay! Would definitely suggest others to use shurgard Norbury.

Owing to an increase in rental cost of my unit, I was looking at leaving Shugard after 15 years but both Sue and Georgia looked for an alternative unit that was available and cheaper. They were so helpful and accommodating during my move to another unit on the same floor which I was grateful for.

I recently moved into the apartment complex next door and came in to inquire about storing some belongings here due to lack of space in the apartment. Sue was extremely helpful and provided me with all prices and relevant information and also provided me with written prices so I wouldn’t forget. She was extremely attentive and wore a smile the whole time. Thank you so much!

Come to shurguard today, was greeted professionally by sue today to ask for help with choosing what storage size to use. She was absolutely magnificent. She was very keen and eager to help. She explained everything in fine detail. She was very approachable and extremely professional, need more people like her in this world. I have had my unit for a few days now. Having deactivated my Bluetooth and reactivated it, the App is now easy to use! I don't have a posh phone....
The system feels very secure. I've just met one member of staff so far, he was helpful and friendly.
It's safe and easy to get in, get out, and always find a trolley or two available so far. My unit is clean,not hot, not cold, not damp. Better than my shop unit that I have been emptying.
I hope that this will be the perfect solution for my business that's in the process of going online only.....

I have been using Shurgard self storage, Norbury for over two years. The level of professionalism from Sue and Daniel, in particular, is fantastic!
