(Translated by Google) Today (Mon. 12-10-2026), I was assisted by a Shurgard employee, Gillian, on the phone in a friendly and professional manner. Moreover, she worked efficiently and solved my "little problem" immediately. Ergo had already discovered the "little problem" herself, meaning I hardly had to explain anything. Hats off to her!

Chapeau!
