First, the problems: I rented a storage room online that was advertised as 18 cubic meters (2x3x3), but when I arrived I had been assigned a room that was approximately 13 cubic meters (2x3x2.25). That's when I found out that the contract lists only the floor dimensions, and the volume they advertise is not guaranteed. Fortunately, the staff was able to find a different room for me that matched what was advertised. The other main problem was the lights: out of the 3 times I visited, the overhead lights were broken twice, separated by several months. One of the front office employees, Nico, was able to lend me a portable light on one occasion, which mitigated it somewhat, but clearly corporate needs to invest more in the maintenance of the facilities.
However, the employees were always helpful and friendly, and the process of renting and cancelling was very smooth.
