My experience at Shurgard was amazing thanks to the service that Jacky and Natalie provided. They were both very friendly and attentive. Jacky was very helpful when translating details in the contract that I didn't understand in Dutch, to English. She carefuly explained to me the procedures and how the lock of the storage works.
